Another tool to tryout. www.wizfolio.com is cross browser application. WizAdd, a bookmarklet will scrap bibliographic data from the top 200 scientific publishers. Allows you to select which folder you want to save your scrapped bibliographic data to. Support Google scholar/patents/search, Pubmed, Scopus, Wiley Interscience, IEEExplore, Bing, MuseGlobal, Worldcat and many more. One of the best application to organize your Youtube videos, no kidding. Like to hear from you and your readers how WizFolio compares to other apps.
Disclosure: I am a WizFolio developer.

That's two more tools to try out - Zotero and Papers. As for Zotero, I'm actually a bit hesitant to base my work around a Firefox plugin since I tend to switch web browsers every now and then, but I think I ought to experiment with it still.

Have you tried Zotero yet? It's still my favorite. I haven't been following up on newcomers lately, but Mendeley sounds good - I'll give it a try later. Also wondering if mekentosj's Papers has matured lately. It looked quite promising yet unpolished a year ago.
