I do research and software development for bioinformatics at Lifematics in Tokyo, Japan, and formerly also at Edelweiss Connect, Switzerland.

I was formerly a postdoctoral fellow in the Mizuguchi laboratory at the National Institute of Biomedical Innovation. I have also worked with the Australia-China Centre for Wheat Improvement (ACCWI) at Murdoch University, Perth, Australia. I studied for my PhD at the Honiden Laboratory, University of Tokyo (now at Waseda).

I am available for various consulting services in software and bioinformatics.
